How do I activate the share to email function?

1) Before sharing the scanned image via email, please ensure you have Outlook installed and logged in with your email account. Then, click the email function icon under ‘File Output’ to export the image via email.

2) For Webmail users: If you don’t have Outlook installed and logged in, you must first save the images to your computer and then manually attach them to the email you want to send.
