How do I set up scanning directly to an email address? Is there an address book available?

1. Firstly, you have to setup your email account.

a. Tap on “System Settings”, then tap the  icon to enter “Sending Settings”, tap on “Mail”, and you will be able to fill out the email information.

b. Tap “Set” and enter your email information.

Note: If you are a Microsoft Exchange server user, tick the “Exchange” checkbox at the top. Enter the Server, Account, and Password, then tap “OK” to test the mail server settings.

c. Once you’ve entered your account information, tap “Search” to automatically fill in the server and port. Then, press “OK“.

d. After returning to the setting screen, make sure you’ve enabled the “Mail” function.

2. After scanning, you can select “Mail” as your sending method, then fill out your recipient, tap on to upload

3. You may tap  to edit e-mail address book. Enter the Name and the Email address, then tap to save the e-mail address. You may save up to 20 e-mail addresses in this address book.
