Why can’t I set 7200 dpi under custom mode?

The 7200 dpi resolution is only available in negative and positive modes because the scan area is standard size. If you want to scan panoramic film, you must use custom mode, where the resolution is limited to 3600 dpi due to the larger scan area.

It’s worth noting that the panoramic film holder is an optional accessory.
