What should I do if there’s error message “Out of memory” when attempting to scan a document?

Please perform the steps below:

  1. Power off the scanner via the Power Switch located at the back of the scanner.
  2. Then, unplug the power cable for 10 seconds. Then re-plug.
  3. Turn on the scanner and attempt a scan.
