- If the scanner is not detected by SecureScan:
Check the USB cable connection between the computer and scanner (do not use USB hub). - Please try manually installing the driver. (For Windows OS)
- Right-click on Windows Start ,then go to Device Manager.
- The scanner shows under cameras–>USB2.0 scanner(The scanner needs to install default windows driver)
