What should I do if there are lines on the scanned documents (iKnow)?

Normally the lines appearing one the scanned images issue can be solved by cleaning the surface of glass and recalibrating.

Please perform the following steps to cleanning the scanner,

1. Please open upper cover of the scanner.

2. Use cleaning cloth to gently clean the glass surface.

After cleaning, please calibrate the scanner again.

1. Open “iKnow” software and click “Calibration” icon.
